Any individual or company, who have shot Indian weddings or pre weddings are eligible to enter the contest. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry.
Log in to https://www.wsengage.com/wpa and sign in. If you have not registered before, create your account by registering yourself. Select the category in which you would like to submit your entry. Simply upload your entry and make the payment to enter the contest.
There is a flat fee of Rs.4500 for 3 entries per category. Every subsequent entry will be charged Rs.1500 per entry. You are allowed to submit up to 20 entries per category. The registration fees are Non-Refundable. WeddingSutra does not account for or have any liability for any participant’s bank fees and additional charges that may be levied in currency conversion and currency transaction by the participating bank or institution.
Except Wedding Photographer of the Year that needs to be a photo series from same wedding, rest of the categories can have entries from different weddings / pre weddings.
Entries will be judged on the basis of Attention to detail, visual and emotional impact, composition and image design, exposure and focus, technique, processing and post production.
You can submit weddings and pre-weddings shot between January 2023 and August 2024. You cannot submit photos/videos which have won a WeddingSutra Award previously.
No. This website only allows you to upload images. While you will be able to view your own entries, visitors of this website or other entrants will not be able to view your entries.
By entering your images, entrants agree to allow WeddingSutra to publish or display their photographs in print or electronic form in for editorial and promotional purposes without payment. The images will be reproduced with due credit to the photographers. This essentially means that your images may be exhibited, used for promoting WPA, or used for editorial reasons. Your images will not be sold or misrepresented.
