The Contest ends on October 25th, 2018, at 11:59 pm IST (the Entry Deadline). All entries must be received by this deadline.
WHO MAY ENTER
Employees of WeddingSutra.com® , and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry.
HOW TO ENTER
All entries must be submitted online as uploads after logging in to www.wsengage.com/beauty and filling up the registration form in detail.
Entrants are allowed to participate in multiple categories (up to 3 entries per category).
There are no print entries. Entries sent through email, prints, or through any other means, will not be considered.
To enter electronically, please visit www.wsengage.com/beauty to register. Once the registration process has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Simply log onto the website and follow the online instructions to upload images of your work from your computer. Digital images should have a long dimension of at least 2,000 pixels and be saved at 300 dpi. We recommend the compressed file size not be larger than 5 megabytes to ensure a fast upload experience. Anything larger will not be accepted by our system and you will be prompted to upload compress files again.

The entry includes a photo showcasing your client’s (bride) makeup look for her pre-wedding shoot.
Best Makeup – Friends and Family
The entry includes a photo showcasing your client’s makeup look for a wedding she attended.
Best Bridal Hairstyling – Wedding
The entry includes a photo showcasing your client’s (bride) Wedding Hairstyle.
Best Bridal Hairstyling – Other Functions
The entry includes a photo showcasing your client’s (bride) Hairstyle for functions other than Wedding.
Best Bridal Mehndi Design
The entry includes a photo showcasing your client’s (bride) Mehndi design.
Top Spa- Bridal Treatments
The entry includes 3 photos showcasing the bridal treatments offered by your spa and a less 300 words write-up on what makes your Spa the top option for brides.
Top Salon- Bridal Treatments
The entry includes 3 photos showcasing the bridal treatments offered by your salon and a less 300 words write-up on what makes your Salon the top option for brides.
Top Celebrity Bridal Makeup
The entry includes a photo showcasing your celebrity client’s (bride) Wedding makeup look.
Top Bridal Image-makers
Professionals providing bridal services in the realm of imaging, styling, health & fitness, diet can apply here. The entry includes 3 photos and a less 300 words write-up on what makes you a top Image-maker for brides.
Each submitted entry, in its entirety, must be your original work. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that he or she has full power and authority to enter the work, and that the work submitted does not infringe any copyright or violate any other intellectual property rights. The entrant agrees to indemnify WeddingSutra from any and all third party claims arising from the photograph.
LEGAL RESTRICTIONS
WeddingSutra will appoint a judging panel to determine the nominees and winning work in each category, based on a final shortlist. Nominees may be asked to provide valid documents. Entrants must ensure that they are able to provide relevant documents within three days of being asked for by WeddingSutra, or risk disqualification. Non-compliance with the terms and conditions will result in an immediate elimination of the entry or disqualification from participation.
RIGHTS OF USAGE
By entering your images to show your work, entrants agree to allow WeddingSutra to publish or display their photographs in print or electronic form for editorial and promotional purposes without payment. The images will be reproduced with due credit to the photographers and makeup/ hair/ beauty professional. This essentially means that your images may be exhibited, used for promoting WeddingSutra Beauty Awards, or used for editorial reasons. Your images will not be sold or misrepresented.
JUDGING AND RESULTS
Judging of entries will be anonymous, with no information about participants or their work available to judges. Award nominees and winners will be announced and showcased at WeddingSutra Beauty Awards Gala on January 7th, 2019. Keep following WeddingSutra’s website, Facebook and Instagram pages for updates on the same. The decision of the judges will be final. WeddingSutra will not enter into any correspondence regarding the judging or the organization of the competition.
